Cigarette lighter
With the ignition on, drown the cigarette lighter handle, which, after sufficient heating of the element, will jump back out by itself.
The cigarette lighter socket can be used to connect ancillary electrical equipment equipped with an appropriate type of socket.
Attention! The maximum power consumption of this kind of equipment should not exceed 240 W!
Attention! Do not connect equipment that generates current, such as batteries, chargers, etc., to the cigarette lighter socket!
Attention! Connected auxiliary electrical equipment must comply with the requirements of DIN VDE 40 839 in order to avoid failure of the on-board network.
Ashtrays
Ashtrays are intended solely for shaking cigarette ash into them and must not be filled with any flammable debris.
Front ashtray
1. To shake out, pull out the ashtray, then wring out the cover bar and remove the receiving container from the seat.
2. To install, simply align the ashtray on the rails and push it into the seat until it stops.
Door ashtrays (3-door models)
1. To remove, pull out the ashtray and depress the spring clip.
2. When installing, also press the latch and fill the ashtray into the socket, making sure that the spring tongue hits the holder.
Door ashtrays (5 door models)
1. To remove, pull out the ashtray and press out the retaining bar.
2. When installing, place the ashtray in the holder and press the top edge of the ashtray.
