Press the camshaft sealing ring into the crankcase.
Screw on the camshaft wheel. Tighten the bolts to 45 Nm.
Diesel engine: Fit the camshaft gear and tighten the bolts, but do not tighten them. Only after adjusting the timing belt tension and valve timing, tighten the bolts to 75 Nm and turn them another 60°.
Attention! Always replace bolts.
Caution! Before installing the camshaft housing, make sure that the cylinder head guide bushings are in place.
Install a new seal and screw on the camshaft housing cover.
