Oil consumption
Oil consumption occurs in engine cylinders. There should be no other flow, such as leakage. The oil serves:
- For lubricating rubbing parts.
- Heat removal.
- Removal of combustion products.
Oil consumption is considered normal if, subject to operating rules and no leaks, it is sufficient until replacement.
Refill capacity between marks "min" And "Max" on the oil dipstick is about 0.75 liters for a 1.3-liter engine. The 1.6-2.0-liter engine has about 1.0 liters.

Replacing the oil filter
The engine oil and filter are replaced every 6 months, but maybe earlier if the mileage is: gasoline engine - every 15,000 km, diesel engine up to 8/86 - every 5,000 km, diesel engine after 9/86 - every 7,500 km.
Service stations have a special tool for removing the filter. You can also use a leather belt.
Attention! Screw the filter only by hand, with a force of 15 Nm.
