Checking the oil level
Before each long-distance trip or every 500 km, check the oil level in the engine sump with the dipstick located on the left side of the engine, placing the car on a flat horizontal surface. After stopping the engine, allow the oil to drain into the sump for several minutes.

Oil and oil filter change
Replacement frequency: every 15,000 km. When installing the filter, clean the mating surface of the crankcase from dust and lubricate the filter gasket with engine oil. Screw on a new filter element, start the engine and warm it up to operating temperature, then tighten the filter again and make sure there is no oil leakage.

Note: Under unfavorable vehicle operating conditions, the frequency of oil and oil filter replacement is reduced.
Oil pressure warning light
If the oil pressure in the engine lubrication system is insufficient, a red warning light will light up on the instrument panel. In this case, you should check the oil level in the crankcase as indicated above and, if necessary, bring it up to standard. In addition, you should contact an auto repair shop as soon as possible.
