1. Block the front wheels, then jack up the rear of the vehicle and support it on axle chocks under the crossmember settings. Remove the rear wheel.
2. Disconnect the hydraulic brake hose from the trailing arm suspension by pulling out the stop.
3. Raise the diagonal arm slightly with a jack.
4. On models with a rear suspension leveling system, release air pressure from the valve, then unfasten the pressure line from the damper rod.
5. Turn off a bolt of the lower fastening of a rod of the shock-absorber.
6. When removing the left coil spring, disconnect the rubber hanger of the rear exhaust pipe mount and lower the pipe approximately 30 cm. Tie the pipe in this position with a wire or twine.
7. On models with ABS, unfasten the wheel speed sensor cables from the underbody.
8. Support the tip of the transmission mechanism with a jack.
9. Lower the diagonal arm until the rear coil spring and rubber damper can be removed. Note that the top rubber damper is buffered.
10. Installation is carried out in the reverse order, but tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque specified specification.
