1. Remove the rear axle assembly as described in Chapter 16.
2. Loosen the stabilizer bar clamp bolts from the top of the crossmember and remove the clamps.
3. Loosen the final drive mechanism mounting bolts and lower the block away from the crossmember.
4. Loosen and remove the wishbone pivot bolts, noting the bolt heads located on each arm. Remove the crossmember.
5. Replace the settings if necessary.
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order, but tighten all nuts and bolts to the specified tightening forces Specification. The diagonal arms must be set horizontally before tightening the pivot bolts.
