Attention: Do not allow dirt to enter the path of the power system!
Attention: Before working on the fuel supply system on models equipped with engines with the system «Common Rail», it is necessary to wait approximately 1 minute after the ignition is switched off - during this time the pressure in the fuel path automatically decreases!
1. Loosen the mounting clamps and remove the throttle inlet pipe (see resist. illustration). Turn out 2 bolts and separate a plait of cables, disconnect a hose of system of ventilation (see ibid).
16.1. Upper collar (3) intake manifold fittings (1) throttle valve (Z13DT engine) - the arrows indicate the bolts of the wiring harness: 2. Hose of the ventilation system
2. Loosen the union nuts securing the four high pressure fuel lines to the fuel distribution line and injectors and remove the fuel lines (see resist. illustration).
16.2. union nuts (1) fuel line fasteners (2) high pressure (Z13DT engine): 3. Fuel distribution line; 4. Nozzles; 5. High pressure fuel supply line; 6. Return oil line; 7. Mounting bolts
3. Separate the fuel injection pump high pressure fuel line from the line (see illustration 16.2).
4. Disunite a socket of electroconducting of the reducing valve and the gauge of pressure of the fuel-distributing highway. Remove oil return line from injectors (see illustration 16.2).
5. Loosen the fastening clamps and disconnect the drain fuel lines of the injection pump and the fuel distribution line.
6. Remove 2 bolts (see illustration 16.2) and remove the fuel rail.
7. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of removal. When replacing the fuel distribution line, reinstall the pressure sensor and relief valve with new gaskets on the body of the new line, and also replace the fuel return line banjo bolt.
8. Start the engine and let it idle. Visually check the fuel supply system for leaks.
Attention: Use safety goggles and rubber gloves during inspection!
