Throttle Potentiometer — Removal and Installation (Opel Vectra A)

Removal

1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.

2. Disconnect the wiring from the intake air temperature sensor and from the air mass flow meter tape.

3. Loosen and remove the bolts securing the air block to the throttle body. Remove the air block together with the main air duct.

4. Disconnect the wiring from the throttle potentiometer, then remove the two screws and remove the potentiometer from the throttle body.

Installation

5. Perform installation in reverse order.
