Adjusting the engine accessory drive belt (Opel Vivaro A)

1. Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.

2. Disconnect the battery.

3. Remove the engine cover, right front wheel, engine sump.

4. Rotate the belt tensioner in the direction indicated by the arrow using a 16mm open-end wrench (figure 2.2).

5. Remove the belt.

Attention! A completely removed belt must be replaced with a new one.
