Tightening torque, Nm
Cylinder head mounting bolts - 20 Nm + 165° ±6°.
You can reuse bolts if the bolt length does not exceed 118.5 mm (otherwise replace all bolts). Tighten the cylinder head mounting bolts with a torque wrench in the order shown in Figure 2.1.
Make sure all bolts are tightened correctly. Tighten the cylinder head mounting bolts (one after another) at 165° ±6°.
Note: To ensure proper tightening of the bolts, use a syringe to remove any remaining oil that may be in the threaded holes for the cylinder head bolts.
Caution: Do not lubricate new bolts with oil. When reusing bolts, they must be fully lubricated. No further tightening of the cylinder head bolts is required after this procedure.
