Removal and installation the fuel filter (Opel Vivaro A)

The fuel filter is located in the engine compartment. The filter is installed in a removable housing, which also contains a fuel heater.

Removal



1. Disconnect the battery.

2. Disconnect the fuel heater wiring connector 1, the fuel supply line to the engine 2, and the line 3 coming from the fuel tank from the filter (figure 3.80).

3. Remove the filter by detaching it from the bracket.

4. Unscrew nut 4 of the filter cover and remove the filter element (figure 3.81).

Installation



5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
