There is no need to remove the steering column to remove the brake pedal.
Removal
1. Remove the brake pedal shaft stopper A, brake pedal shaft (figure 8.5).

2. Loosen the brake pedal axle bolt B and remove the brake pedal (figure 8.6).

Installation
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Tightening torques
Brake pedal axle bolt - 45 Nm.
