Oil radiator (if installed) — removal and installation (Opel Frontera A)

If the engine has an oil cooler, it is located under the front of the car. To get to the oil radiator, you need to remove the radiator grille of the cooling system.

1. Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.

2. Remove the oil pan shield.

3. Place a container underneath and drain the oil by unscrewing the plug.

4. Remove the radiator grille. The oil cooler is visible at the bottom.

5. Disconnect the oil lines from the radiator and remove the radiator. Be careful not to damage the radiator.

The oil radiator is installed in the reverse order of its removal. Observe tightening torques.

After installation, fill the engine with the specified amount of engine oil.
