Removal



Drain the coolant. To do this, remove the lower coolant hose. Collect the coolant, as it can be reused.

Remove the hose from the expansion tank. Remove the upper coolant hose.

Remove the hose from the expansion tank. Remove the upper coolant hose.


Disconnect the cable connections on the temperature sensor (arrow) and the fan motor.

Disconnect the cable connections on the temperature sensor (arrow) and the fan motor.


Remove the radiator mounting brackets with pliers from the top left and right and pull the radiator up with the air intake and fan motor

Installation



Install the radiator, install the retaining clips.

Secure the coolant hoses and expansion tank hose.

Connect the wire to the temperature sensor.

Fill with coolant.
