2. Remove the driver's footwell air supply hose (see chapter 11).
3. If equipped, remove the EGR sensor (EGR) and disconnect the wiring harness (see resist. illustration) On models equipped with ESP, also disconnect the system wiring connector.
5.3. Removing the clutch pedal: 1. Clutch master cylinder rod retainer; 2. Electrical wiring bracket; 3. EGR system sensor; 4. Fixing nuts; 5. ESP wiring connector; 6.. Adaptation MKM-6170; 7. Device MKM-6202
4. Disconnect the return spring from the clutch pedal and unlock the clutch master cylinder rod, to do this, install the KM-6170 tool into the recesses on the pedals, insert the MKM-6202 tool into the hole on the KM-6170 tool, squeeze the rod retainer tabs (see illustration 5.3) and pull the clutch pedal towards you.
Attention: Do not remove the retainer from the stem! 5 Loosen the clutch pedal bracket support nuts (see illustration 5.3).
6. Remove the wiper motor (see chapter 12).
7. Turn out a fixing bolt on a bulkhead of an impellent compartment (see resist. illustration) and remove the clutch pedal bracket support.
5.7. Clutch pedal bracket mounting: 1. A bolt of fastening of a support of an arm; 2. Nuts for fastening the bracket; 3. Nuts of fastening of the main cylinder of coupling
8. Loosen first the 2 nuts securing the clutch master cylinder, and then the 3 nuts securing the clutch pedal bracket on the bulkhead of the engine compartment (see illustration 5.7) and remove the bracket together with the pedal.
9. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of removal.
