Removal and installation the reservoir and washer fluid supply pump (Opel Corsa C)

Corsa Models

1. Remove the fairing grille (see Chapter 11).

2. Remove the rubber seal from the upper edge of the engine compartment bulkhead in the area of the windshield wiper fluid reservoir.

3. Press the tank back a little and at the same time pull it up from the holder, separate the cable holder from the tank.

4. Disconnect the electrical wiring connector and disconnect the washer pump hoses (see accompanying illustration). If necessary, use a rag to soak up any remaining spilled liquid.



5. Move the pump slightly to the side and remove it from the liquid reservoir.

6. Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Upon completion of the work, fill the tank with fresh fluid.

Meriva Models

7. Remove the fairing grille (see Chapter 11).

8. Remove the engine compartment bulkhead cover (see Chapter 11).

9. Loosen the mounting nut and remove the washer fluid reservoir.

10. Move the pump slightly to the side and remove it from the liquid reservoir.



11. Disconnect the washer pump wiring connector and remove the pump from the rubber coupling. Disconnect the hoses from the pump, if necessary, collect any spilled liquid with a rag.

12. Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Upon completion of the work, fill the tank with fresh fluid.
