Removal and installation the cigarette lighter panel (Corsa models) (Opel Corsa C)

1. Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery (see Chapter 5).

2. Separate the gearshift boot frame from the center console and turn the boot upward.

3. Using a plastic wedge, press the spring clips on the lower edge of the cigarette lighter panel and separate the panel from the center console (see accompanying illustration).

Note: On models with the corresponding configuration, switches for the front seat heating are built into the cigarette lighter panel.


4. Using a screwdriver, loosen and disconnect the 2 electrical wiring connectors of the front seat heating switches (see accompanying illustration). Disconnect the cigarette lighter wiring connector.
