Removal and installation the fairing grille (Opel Corsa C)

Corsa Models



1. Remove the windshield wiper arms (see Chapter 12), open the hood, disconnect and remove the rubber seal from the rear bulkhead of the engine compartment (see accompanying illustration).

6.1. Removing the grille (2) of the fairing - the arrows indicate the side mounting screws: 1. Windscreen wiper arms; 3. Windshield washer supply hose; 4. Rubber seal


Note: The seal only needs to be removed along the washer fluid reservoir.


2. Remove one screw on each side of the fairing grille (see illustration 6.1) and remove the grill.

Note: If the cowl grille is removed to remove the battery, remove the center screw instead of the left mounting screw and separate the two grille halves.


3. Disconnect the windshield washer hose.

4. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

5. Open the hood, remove the windshield wiper arms (see Chapter 12) and remove the rubber seal along the entire length of the rear bulkhead of the engine compartment.

6. Remove the 6 mounting bolts and remove the fairing grille.

7. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
