Removal and installation the fairing grille (Opel Astra H)

1. Remove the windshield wiper arms (see Chapter 12), disconnect and remove the rubber seal from the rear bulkhead of the engine compartment.

2. Lift the fairing grille from the rear bulkhead of the engine compartment; on Astra models, carefully press the 5 internal fasteners from the inside (see illustration 4.2a), and on Zafira models, release the edge of the grille from the guide (see illustration 4.2b). Remove the grille. On Zafira models, remove the 2 expansion rivets and remove the side fairing covers.





3. From the back of the grille, disconnect the windshield washer hose (see illustrations 4.2).

4. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
