2. Remove the decorative grille (see Section 12).
3. Remove fasteners (see resist. illustration) front bumper pads.
4. Release the temperature sensor from the holder on the decorative grille of the bumper trim (see also Chapter 3, Section 10).
5. If equipped, disconnect the fog lamp wiring, as well as the headlight washer hose from the windshield washer fluid reservoir - collect spilled fluid.
6. Press the side faces of the bumper lining upwards and release the lining from the side guides (see resist. illustration). Be careful not to damage the bumper pad mounting.
7. Release the bumper cover from the front guide located on the bumper beam between the headlights, and with the help of an assistant, remove the cover.
8. Remove the headlights (see chapter 12).
9. Remove the side supports of the bumper pad (see resist. illustration).
10. Drill out the heads of the five blind rivets, knock out the rivets and remove the front guide from the bumper beam (see resist. illustration).
11. Cut the wiring harness attachment and disconnect the wiring harness from the bumper beam.
12. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove from a beam of a bumper the reservoir with a liquid for washing of glasses (see resist. illustration), then loosen the 4 nuts, remove the mounting bolts and remove the beam from the frame.
13. When installing the beam, you must use new mounting bolts and nuts. The flange of the bumper beam after tightening the bolts for protection should be sealed with wax.
14. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. New rivets are used to fasten the front rail, while the rail must be exposed to the central hole.
