Models produced before 02.1997



1. Remove the two bolts (1) near the air intake.

3. Remove the three bolts (2) from the front body beam from below.

4. Remove the four bolts (3) from the wheel arch liners.

5. Remove the two nuts (4) from the wheel arch linings.

6. On vehicles equipped with headlight washers, disconnect the hoses from the nozzles.

7. On vehicles equipped with fog lights, disconnect their connectors.

8. Move the wheel arch trims away from the fenders and, with the help of an assistant, remove the front bumper trim.

9. Disconnect the cable (1) from the support beam and unscrew the bolts that secure it (2) On the model Tigra first, disconnect the front bumper shock absorbers from the support beam.

10. Install the removed components in the reverse order of removal.



11. If you install headlight lens washers on models Corsa and Combo, drill the mounting holes as shown on the accompanying illustration dimensions. Install the nozzles and connect the hoses to them.

12. Connect the plug connection of the fog lamp, if any, and secure the plug.

The front bumper cover and decorative radiator grille are removed separately.

Rear bumper (Corsa and Tigra models)

1. Remove the license plate light bulb (see Chapter On-board electrical equipment).

2. Remove the rear bumper cover. To do this, give the fasteners listed on the accompanying illustration. On models Tigra missing screws (1) but two screws added above license plate.

3. Press the wheel arch trim and remove it.

4. If necessary, unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the rear bumper support beam. On the model Tigra first remove the shock absorber of the support beam.
