Corsa C models
1. The reason for the fan failure at any speed is usually a faulty resistive assembly - replace the assembly.
2. On models not equipped with an A/C system, remove the fan motor, (see Section 12).
3. Unlock and disconnect the resistor assembly wiring connector (see accompanying illustrations).
13.3a. Removing the resistive assembly (4) on models without a K\V system (corsa C models) - the arrows indicate the electrical wiring connector clamps: 1. Locking lever; 2. Electrical wiring connector; 3. Guides |
13. Zb. Removing the resistive assembly on models equipped with the K\V system (corsa C models): 1. Locking lever; 2. Electrical wiring connector |
4. Press the locking lever (see illustration 13.3) and move the resistive assembly so that its guides coincide with the grooves in the housing. Remove the resistive assembly.
Note: If equipped with climate control, press the 2 latches and remove the regulator.
5. Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Check the reliability of the resistive assembly fixation.
