Corsa C models
1. The cause of the failure of the fan operation at any speed, as a rule, is a failure of the resistive assembly - replace the assembly.
2. On models not equipped with an A/C system, remove the fan motor, (see Section 12).
3. Unlock and disconnect the electrical wiring connector of the resistive assembly (see resist. illustrations).
13.3a. Removing the resistive assembly (4) on models without K/V system (Corsa C models) - the arrows indicate the clamps of the electrical wiring connector: 1. Lock lever; 2. Wiring connector; 3. Guides | 13.Зb. Removing the resistive assembly on models equipped with a K / V system (Corsa C models): 1. Lock lever; 2. Wiring connector |
4. Press the release lever (see illustrations 13.3) and slide the resistor assembly so that its guides line up with the slots in the case. Remove the resistive assembly.
Note: If you have a climate control system, release the 2 clips and remove the regulator.
5. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of removal. Check the reliability of the fixation of the resistive assembly.
Meriva Models
6. Unlock and disconnect the electrical wiring connector of the resistive assembly (see illustration 12.13).
7. Remove the fixing screw (see illustration 12.13) and remove the assembly from the fan motor housing.
Note: If you have a climate control system, release the 2 clips and remove the regulator.
8. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of removal. Check the reliability of the fixation of the resistive assembly.
