2. Remove the lower decorative cover of the instrument panel under the steering column (see Section 39).
3. Turn out 2 screws of fastening of the lever of releasing of a clamp of a steering column, move the lever and remove the handle from it.
4. Using a plastic wedge, remove the ignition lock cover (see resist. illustration).

5. Set the steering column to the lowest position.
6. Pry and remove the decorative plugs of the side mounting screws from the casing of the steering column (see resist. illustration), remove the screws.

7. Turn out the bottom fixing screw, enter a plastic wedge between the top and bottom casing of a steering column and separate the top casing from the bottom (see illustration 40.6).
8. Flip the top cover up (see resist. illustration) and disconnect it from the steering column.

9. Press the latches on the sides of the lower lining of the instrument cluster and remove the lining together with the upper casing of the steering column (see resist. illustration).

10. Turn out 2 screws of fastening of the lower casing of a steering column (see resist. illustration), depress the steering wheel lock release lever and remove the lower cover down through the lever.

11. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of removal. Make sure that when installing the lining of the ignition lock, the marking «0» coincided with «zero» ignition key position.
