Removing
1. To gain sufficient access to remove the oil cooler, you need to remove the radiator of the cooling system (as described in Section 3). Or you can remove the front bumper as described in Section 11 (see illustration).
2. After removing the appropriate components to improve access, unscrew the pipe couplings from the oil cooler. Seal the open ends of the pipes to prevent oil leakage and dirt ingress.
3. Turn off two fixing nuts, remove an oil cooler from fixing brackets.
Installation
4. Install in reverse order, but finally check and, if necessary, top up the engine oil level as described in Section 1.
