Removal



1. Remove the air bleed valve (bolt A) and the clutch release bearing (bolts B) (figure 5.4).

Installation



2. Install the clutch release bearing, air bleed valve. Make sure the clutch release bearing moves freely.

Depending on the engine, vehicles may be equipped with either the RK5 or RK6 manual transmission.

Manual transmission filling capacity: 2.35 l.

Recommended oil:

TRANSELF TRX 75 W80W.

The gearbox is filled with oil for its entire service life.

The drain and filler plugs are shown in the figure 5.5. The location of the identification plates is shown in Figure 5.6.

The gear shift diagram of the RK6 manual transmission is shown in the figure 5.7. To engage reverse gear, lift the locking ring A and move the lever to the reverse gear position (figure 5.8).

Caution! It is prohibited to remove breather D to fill the gearbox with oil (figure 5.10).
