Removal
1. Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.
2. Disconnect the battery.
3. Remove the timing belt and unscrew the two bolts securing the tension roller bracket (figure 3.21).

Installation
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Tightening torques
Tension roller fastening nut - 50 Nm.
Tension roller bracket mounting bolt - 10 Nm.
Crankshaft pulley mounting bolt - 20 Nm + 115° ±15°.
