Front seat belt for 5-door car



Removal



Remove the lower trim (2) of the B-pillar (see the relevant chapter).

Remove the lower trim (2) of the B-pillar (see the relevant chapter).


Remove the upper trim (1) of the B-pillar (see the relevant chapter).

Remove the anchor bolt and remove the seat belt inertia drum from the B-pillar.

Remove the anchor bolt and seat belt bracket from the top of the B-pillar.

Installation



Install the seat belt bracket to the top of the B-pillar and secure with the anchor bolt, tightening it to a torque of 39 N·m.

Install the seat belt inertia drum to the lower part of the B-pillar and secure it with the anchor bolt, tightening it to a torque of 39 N·m.

Install the upper trim (1) of the B-pillar (see the relevant chapter).

Install the lower trim (2) of the B-pillar (see the relevant chapter).

Front seat belt for 3-door car



Removal



Remove the inner trim (2) of the rear wing (see the relevant chapter).

Remove the inner trim (3) of the front part of the rear wing (see the relevant chapter).

Remove the inner trim (1) of the window (see the relevant chapter).



Remove the inner trim (1) of the window (see the relevant chapter).


Remove the anchor bolt and remove the seat belt inertia drum from the B-pillar.

Remove the anchor bolt and seat belt bracket from the top of the B-pillar.

Remove the anchor bolt and seat belt bracket from the top of the B-pillar.


Installation



Install the seat belt bracket to the top of the B-pillar and secure with the anchor bolt, tightening it to a torque of 39 N·m.

Install the seat belt inertia drum to the lower part of the B-pillar and secure it with the anchor bolt, tightening it to a torque of 39 N·m.

Install the interior window trim (see the relevant chapter).

Install the inner trim (2) of the front part of the rear wing (see the relevant chapter).

Install the inner trim (2) of the front part of the rear wing (see the relevant chapter).


Install the rear fender inner trim (1) (see the relevant chapter).

Make sure that the belts are not twisted due to improper installation.
