Front seat (Opel Frontera B)

Removal

Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.

Disconnect the connector from the seat belt pretensioner mechanism.

Disconnect the connector from the front seat heater.

Move the front seat back as far as it will go.

Remove the 2 bolts securing the front seat rails.



Move the front seat forward as far as it will go.

Remove the covers covering the bolts securing the rear part of the front seat runners, unscrew the bolts and remove the seat from the vehicle interior.

Installation

Install the front seat into the vehicle and secure the seat rails with bolts; tightening them to a torque of 39 Nm, while first tightening the front skid mounting bolts.

Connect the connector to the front seat heater.

Connect the connector to the seat belt pretensioner mechanism.

Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
