Checking the angular clearance of the rear wheel bearing assembly (Opel Corsa C)

Remove the rear brake disc.

Install the KM-468-B 2 or KM-6610 tool with two wheel bolts 1 on the wheel hub of the wheel bearing assembly.



Install the MKM-571-B 3 tool with magnetic paw 4 on the rear axle.

Note: Place the dial indicator feeler gauge (arrow) on the outer edge of the circle of holes on the drum hub.

Check the gap by pressing slightly with the KM-468-B or KM-6610 tool.



Permissible angular clearance max.: 0.1 mm.

Note: If this value is exceeded, the wheel bearing assembly must be replaced I.

Remove the MKM-571-B 1 fixture with magnetic foot 3.

Remove the KM-468-B 2 or KM-6610 tool from the wheel hub of the wheel bearing assembly.
