Removing
Replenish the reservoir of the hydraulic drive of the brake system to the mark «MAX» and close with special tool MKM-558-10.
Note. Brake pipes are generally delivered without connecting bolts and flares. Use connecting bolts of the appropriate diameter if you need to make pipes for the brake system. Install the appropriate connecting bolt on the brake pipe and flare the end of the brake pipe. Pay attention to the type of initial flaring.
Bend the new brake pipes using the brake pipe to be replaced as a model.
Note. Use a flaring tool to avoid changing the section.
Additional protective sleeves for the brake pipes must be installed in the original location.
Installation
Attention! When replacing the brake pipes, make sure that they pass between the electrical lines. Abrasion will cause electrical system failure. The distance between the pipes of the brake system and electrical lines must be at least 25 mm.
Lock bolts of all tubes of the brake system are tightened with a torque of 14 Nm.
Remove the special tool MKM-558-10 from the brake reservoir.
Bleed the brake system and check for leaks.
Adjust the brake fluid level so that it is at the mark «MAX».
