2. Stop the engine and apply the parking brake lever.
3. Raise the vehicle using a lift or place it on stands.
4. On Corsa Eco models, remove the engine sump guard (see Section 5).
5. Disconnect the oil pressure sensor wiring connector (see accompanying illustration).

6. Place a suitable container to collect the oil, unscrew the pressure sensor and install a pressure gauge with a special adapter in its place (see accompanying illustration).

7. Start the engine and let it idle.
8. Check the oil pressure with the engine running. If the pressure in the system is below the standard (see Specifications), it is necessary to check the lubrication system for leaks, if necessary, replace failed or worn out system elements - oil pump, bearings, etc.
9. After completing the check, install the pressure sensor in place with a new sealing gasket and tighten to the required torque. If equipped, install the crankcase guard in place.
