The engine oil temperature should be measured in the oil pan at a distance of 1 cm from the bottom. To do this, the measuring probe is inserted into the tube of the oil level indicator until it touches the bottom and is pulled out 1 cm in the opposite direction.
To prevent air from being sucked through the oil level indicator tube, seal the hole with rubber.
Attention: The oil temperature depends on the current vehicle load. Under extreme loads, the oil temperature can rise up to 150°C.
