Replacing the oil filter (Opel Kadett D)

Oil and filter change is carried out every 6 months, but can be earlier if the mileage is: petrol engine every 15,000 km, diesel up to 8/86 every 5,000 km, diesel after 9/86 every 7,500 km. Service stations have a special tool for removing the filter. You can also use a leather belt.

Attention: Tighten the filter only by hand, with a force of 15 Nm.

When installing the filter, pay attention to the instructions on the filter.

Clean the installation site.

Lightly lubricate the rubber seal.

After installing the filter, check the oil level.
