1. Remove the main storage compartment (see Section 36).

2. Remove the decorative plug and unscrew the mounting screw (see accompanying illustration).

3. Press the side and top clips of the lower trim panel (see illustration 47.2) and remove it from the dashboard.

4. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

5. Remove the lower decorative cover of the instrument panel under the steering wheel (see Section 40).

6. Remove the 2 mounting screws and pull out the lower instrument panel trim panel (see accompanying illustration).
