A new clamp will be required to complete the job.
Warning! Before performing the operation, be sure to read the section "Safety precautions for maintenance and repair of the engine management system".
Sequence of execution
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the fuel pressure regulator (see "Fuel pump - check and replacement").
3. Cut the clamp (when assembling it must be replaced with a new one) and disconnect the return fuel line hose from the regulator.

4. Using a 7 mm socket wrench, unscrew the two mounting nuts and remove the regulator.

5. Remove and check the condition of the sealing ring...

...and the spacer sleeve. If damaged, they must be replaced.

6. Using a compressor, supply compressed air to fitting 1 and gradually increase the pressure from 200 kPa and higher.

At a pressure of 300-380 kPa, the regulator valve should operate and excess pressure (air) will come out through fitting 2. If the valve operates earlier or later, it must be replaced.
7. Install the parts in reverse order.
