Removal
1. Raise the front of the vehicle and support it on stands.
2. Drain the coolant from the cooling system or clamp the coolant supply hoses to the oil cooler.
3. Place a suitable container under the oil filter. Unscrew the oil filter.
4. Loosen the clamps and remove the coolant supply hoses to the oil radiator.
5. Unscrew the central bolt securing the oil cooler and remove it from the engine.
Installation
1. Install the oil seal ring into the recesses of the oil cooler and install the oil cooler onto the cylinder block.
2. Secure the oil cooler with the bolt.
3. Connect the coolant supply hoses to the oil radiator and secure them with clamps.
4. Install a new oil filter. Lower the vehicle and check the engine oil level.

5. Fill the engine cooling system with coolant. Start the engine and check the oil cooler for leaks.
