Removing
1. Remove the gearbox and clutch.
2. Secure the flywheel against turning by placing a lock on the flywheel ring gear.
3. Place an alignment mark on the crankshaft and flywheel.
4. Unscrew bolts and remove a flywheel.
Examination
Check the flywheel for wear on the clutch side and the condition of the flywheel teeth.
Installation
Warning! When installing the flywheel, new bolts must be used.
1. Clean mating surfaces of flywheel and crankshaft.
2. Apply an anti-loose agent to the threads of the crankshaft mounting bolts.
3. Install the flywheel in accordance with the mark previously made and secure with bolts, tightening them to the required torque.
4. Remove the flywheel lock and install the gearbox.
