Removal
1. Remove the gearbox and clutch.

2. Secure the flywheel from turning by installing a locking pin on the flywheel ring gear.
3. Place an alignment mark on the crankshaft and flywheel.

4. Unscrew the bolts and remove the flywheel.
Examination
Check the flywheel for wear on the clutch side and the condition of the flywheel ring gear teeth.
Installation
Warning: When installing the flywheel, new bolts must be used.
1. Clean the mating surfaces of the flywheel and crankshaft.
2. Apply bolt locking compound to the crankshaft mounting bolt threads.

3. Install the flywheel in accordance with the previously applied mark and secure it with bolts, tightening them to the required torque.
4. Remove the flywheel locking pin and install the gearbox.
