Carbon filter — removal and installation (Opel Vectra A)

Removal

1. Apply the handbrake, then jack up the middle part of the car and place it on axle stands placed under the sides of the body frame.

2. Remove the right front wheel and wheel arch liner.

3. Find the hose and connections, pipes to the filter, mark their position so as not to mix them up when connecting, then disconnect them (see illustration). Unscrew the two nuts securing the filter bracket to the car body.

Installation

4. Perform installation in reverse order.
