Removal



1. Disconnect the wiring connectors from the headlight.

2. Remove the turn signal and unscrew the bolts A securing the radiator grille (figure 9.37).

3. Unscrew the bolts B of the headlight unit mount (figure 9.38).

4. Remove the headlight by disconnecting the lower mount C (figure 9.39).

Installation



5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. After each removal of the headlights, it is necessary to adjust them (figure 9.40):
  • place the vehicle on a level surface without applying the parking brake;
  • the vehicle should be unloaded and its fuel tank should be as full as possible;
  • set the corrector handle to position "0";
  • adjust the headlight beam in the vertical plane with screw D;
  • adjust the headlight beam horizontally using screw E.
