The headlight washer can be turned on when the lights are on.

Rear window washer

- The first fixed position turns on the rear window wiper.
- The second fixed position turns on the rear window wiper and washer.
- The rear window wiper operates in intermittent mode when the window wiper lever is set to the intermittent mode position.
Precautions when using glass cleaners and washers:
- If the wiper arms stop due to ice or dirt on the glass, the wiper motor may burn out, even if the switch is turned to the ABOUT. If the wipers become blocked, stop the vehicle in a safe place, turn off the ignition and remove the obstruction from the glass so that the wipers can move freely.
- Do not turn on the windshield wipers when the glass is dry. This may result in scratches on the glass and premature wear of the wipers.
- Before turning on the windshield wipers in cold weather, check that the blades are not frozen to the glass. Turning on the windshield wipers with frozen blades can cause the electric motor to burn out.
- Try not to operate the washers for more than 20 seconds continuously. Do not operate the washer when there is no fluid in the washer reservoir, as this may damage the washer pump.
- Check the level of washing liquid in the tank regularly and top it up if necessary. In cold weather, be sure to add antifreeze windshield washer fluid to the reservoir at the recommended concentration. Otherwise, the washer will not work and due to freezing of the washing fluid, parts of the system may fail.
- When using windshield washers in cold weather, the washer fluid sprayed onto the glass may freeze on the glass, reducing visibility. Before turning on the washers, warm up the glass using the forced ventilation system (heater).
