Main storage compartment



The main storage compartment is located on the right side of the instrument panel and is equipped with a hinged lid (see Section 6). There is a pencil/pen holder at the front of the open lid.

On models equipped with the infotainment system, a communication/telematics unit can be installed in the glove compartment.

Storage compartment under the front passenger seat



If equipped accordingly, a storage compartment for small hand luggage is installed under the front passenger seat (see illustration 17.29). The total weight of items placed in this box must not exceed 1 kg.

To open the drawer, lift it by the handle and pull it forward. To close, push the drawer under the seat until it locks.

Storage compartment above the front seats (combo models)



The total weight of the cargo placed in these storage boxes must not exceed 15 kg. To prevent the cargo from falling while the vehicle is moving, it must be secured without fail.



Luggage compartment storage boxes (combo models)



On the left and right sides of the luggage compartment there are storage boxes. The storage box on the left side is used to store the first aid kit and the emergency stop sign, and on the right side is used to store the on-board tool kit (see below).

Storage compartment behind the front seats (combo-van models)



These models are equipped with a storage box behind the front seats for storing a first aid kit and an emergency stop sign (see below). On some versions, the box is equipped with a removable lid.

Glasses case



If equipped, the glasses case is located on the overhead console on the left above the driver's door (see illustration 17.31).

Caution: Do not store heavy objects in the case!


Coin holders



If equipped accordingly, special coin slots can be installed on the left and right of the cigarette lighter in the center console panel (see illustration 17.32), for example, to pay for parking at a parking machine.

Cup holder



The cup holder is built into the rear of the center console, behind the ashtray for rear passengers (see illustration 17.27).

Warning: Do not drink beverages or use the cup holder while the vehicle is moving! Avoid sudden acceleration and braking when a container with a drink is installed in the cup holder - if a hot drink spills, the driver or passengers may get burned!
