1. Remove the battery (see Removal and installation the battery).
2. Remove the battery mounting shelf (see Removal and installation the battery mounting shelf).
3. Move the expansion tank to the side without disconnecting the hoses from it and without draining the coolant (see Replacing the clutch release master cylinder).

4. Use a screwdriver to pry up the spring retainer of the clutch release master cylinder damper...

5. …raise the lock to its highest position…

6. …and disconnect the damper from the master cylinder.

7. Using a screwdriver, pry up the clamp securing the hose tip to the adapter…

8. …pull the lock to the extreme right position…

9. …and remove the hose tip from the adapter.

Note: The hose tip is sealed in the adapter with a rubber ring. Replace the ring regardless of its condition.

10. Pulling down the pipeline..

11. …remove it from the holder on the body bracket…

12. …and remove the pipeline.

13. Use a screwdriver to pry up the clamp securing the hose adapter to the hydraulic drive intermediate pipe….

14. …remove the retainer…

15. …and disconnect the hose adapter from the intermediate tube.

16. To replace the intermediate hydraulic tube installed inside the clutch housing, remove the gearbox (see Removal and installation the gearbox), clutch release drive slave cylinder assembled with bearing (see Replacing the clutch release drive slave cylinder with the clutch release bearing), remove the tube tip from the bushing in the clutch housing and remove the tube.

17. Press the two clamps together…

18. …and remove the hydraulic drive intermediate tube bushing from the hole in the clutch housing.
19. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal and bleed the hydraulic drive (see Bleeding the clutch release hydraulic drive).
