Removing
1. Remove the gearbox.
2. Disconnect the pressure pipe (1) from the clutch slave cylinder and unscrew the bolt (2).
3. Remove pressure pipe connector (1):
- Remove retaining clip (2).
- Remove connector.
Note. If necessary, slightly squeeze the locking tabs.
- Replace the retaining clip in the connector with a new one.
4. Remove the pressure pipe:
Note. Carefully detach the locking tabs.
- Disconnect the pressure pipe from the fixing sleeve using a screwdriver or similar tool.
- Remove pressure pipe.
5. Remove the fixing sleeve:
- Detach the fixing sleeve (1) from the clutch housing.
- Slide the fixing sleeve up.
- Remove fixing sleeve.
Note. After removal, the fixing sleeve must be replaced with a new one.
6. Check the O-ring and pressure pipe for damage. Replace if necessary.
Installation
1. Install the fixing sleeve (1) into the gearbox housing socket by pressing until an audible click is heard.
Note. Insert the bushing guard into the groove in the gearbox housing.
2. Install pressure pipe (1) and insert until an audible click into the fixing sleeve.
3. Connect the pressure pipe and tighten the nut (2).
4. Install pressure pipe connector (1) and press the locking clip (2) so that it clicks.
5. Install the gearbox.
