You will need a socket «at 13».
1. Under the instrument panel, unscrew the two nuts securing the clutch release master cylinder to the body panel.
2. Disconnect the pusher of the master cylinder of the clutch release drive from the clutch pedal by squeezing the tabs of the pusher lock..
Note. For clarity, shown on the removed pedal assembly.
3.... and remove the main cylinder from the hole in the body bulkhead without disconnecting the pipelines from it.
4. Remove the vacuum brake booster (see Replacing the vacuum brake booster).
5. In the engine compartment, unscrew the three nuts securing the pedal assembly to the bulkhead.
6. Press the clamp of the wiring harness block and disconnect the block from the clutch pedal position sensor.
7. Disconnect the harness connector from the combined stoplight switch and brake pedal position sensor in the same way.
8. Turn out on two bolts of fastening of an arm of a pedal of deenergizing of coupling to the amplifier of the panel of devices on the right …
9.... and to the left..
Note. One of the left mounting bolts is not visible in the photo, as it is covered by the instrument panel amplifier.
10.... and remove the pedal assembly.
11. If it is necessary to replace the clutch pedal, squeeze the fixing tabs of the pedal axle, remove the axle from the holes of the pedal and the bracket and remove the pedal assembly with the return mechanism
12. If necessary turn out a bolt of fastening of the gauge of position of a pedal of coupling and remove the gauge.
13. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal. Lubricate the pedal shaft with grease before installing the pedal into the bracket.
