Front door
To remove the door, open it completely, supporting it along the bottom edge on bars or racks.
Disconnect the wire connector from the front edge of the door.
Using a suitable tool, knock out the cylindrical pin from the door opening limiter (Fig. 11.3).

If necessary, remove the plastic caps from the hinge pins, then knock them out with a punch. Have an assistant hold the door while you remove the pins. Remove the door from the vehicle.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, however, it is necessary to install a new cylindrical pin of the door opening limiter.

The door hinges are welded to the door frame and to the body pillar, which eliminates the possibility of adjustment.
If the door moves up and down due to wear on the hinge pins or holes, you can drill out the holes and install larger diameter pins.
The tightness of the door closing can be adjusted by the latch of the lock on the body pillar using a socket wrench.
Back door
On models with centralized locking, remove the interior trim panel, disconnect the wiring terminals inside the door. Note the wiring route and connector location, then carefully pull the wires through the rubber grommet in the front edge of the door.
Perform the operations described in the third and fourth points of this section.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. It is only necessary to install a new cylindrical pin of the door opening limiter.
Make sure the wires and plugs are positioned the same as before removal.
