Near, far light
Incandescent lamps in the headlights are dismantled from the side of the engine compartment. When replacing a lamp, make sure that the corresponding switch is turned off. Do not touch the glass bulb of the incandescent lamp with bare hands, handle it only with a clean rag or paper towel. When replacing a dipped or main beam headlight bulb, dexterous hands are a prerequisite for this work. The air filter housing interferes on the right and the box with the relay in front of the battery on the left.

Squeeze and fold back the lamp holder bracket from the spring wire.
Remove the bulb from the reflector.
Disconnect the wire connector from the lamp and connect a new lamp.
Insert a new incandescent lamp so that the base exactly fits into the recess on the lamp socket.
Attach the spring wire clamp and mount the protective cap.
Parking lamp
Remove the protective cap of the headlight housing from the reverse side.
Remove the parking lamp bulb socket from the reflector - it is located on the inside of the headlight housing.
Remove the lamp with glass base from the socket.
Insert a new bulb into the socket.
Insert the cartridge into the reflector and mount the protective cap.
Tip: do not grasp the glass bulbs of new or serviceable incandescent bulbs with your fingers. Inevitably, the imprint of the sweat of the hand will remain. It will evaporate on a burning lamp and cloud the reflector. Therefore, use a clean handkerchief when installing.
