The operation is shown on the Astra model, on the Zafira model it is performed in a similar way.
Note: The work is shown on the right headlight. Replacing the bulbs on the left headlight is done in a similar way.
Warning! Do not touch the halogen bulbs with your fingers. Work in clean cotton gloves without rubber coating. Grease marks from your fingers left on the bulb will shorten its service life several times. After accidentally touching the bulb with your fingers, wipe the bulb with a clean cloth moistened with alcohol.
Replacing the high beam lamp
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the air filter (see "Air filter - removal and installation").
3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the lamp socket.

4. Turn the lamp counterclockwise and remove the lamp from the headlight.

5. Install the new lamp in reverse order.
Replacing the low beam lamp
1. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the low beam lamp socket.

2. Remove the cartridge from the headlight housing.

3. Using a thin slotted screwdriver, remove the lamp from the socket.

4. Install the new lamp in reverse order.
Replacing the parking light bulb
1. Turn the side light bulb socket counterclockwise and remove the socket assembly with the bulb from the hole in the headlight housing.

2. Remove the lamp from the socket.

3. Install the parts in reverse order.
Turn signal lamp replacement
1. Turn the lamp holder counterclockwise and remove the holder together with the lamp from the headlight housing.

2. Slightly push the lamp into the socket and, turning it counterclockwise, remove it from the socket.

3. Install the parts in reverse order.
