The car has two headlamps. H7U halogen lamps are used for low beam, HB3U for high beam, which do not emit ultraviolet rays, which can damage the plastic headlight cover.
Also in the block headlights are lamps for side light and direction indicators. Turn signals are duplicated by side turn indicators (repeaters), mounted on the front fenders.
To adjust the direction of the light beam, there are two screws on the rear wall of each headlight that allow you to change the direction of the light beam in the horizontal and vertical planes. The headlights are also equipped with an electric light flux direction corrector, which allows you to change the direction of the light beam in the vertical plane from the passenger compartment in accordance with the vehicle load.
Some cars are equipped with fog lamps, which are mounted in the niches of the front bumper.
The vehicle is equipped with rear lights, consisting of four sections: side light/brake signal, direction indicator, reversing light and fog light.
A ceiling light is installed in the front part of the ceiling of the Astra cabin, which turns on automatically when any of the side doors is opened (switches installed in doorways) or forced by a switch. On Zafira models, a dome light is installed in the front of the cabin, and a dome light is installed in the central part of the ceiling.

The luggage compartment light comes on when the tailgate is opened, for which a limit switch is installed on the edge of the door.
