Additional radiator fan on 1.7L diesel engines (Opel Vectra B)

Removal

1. Remove the front bumper.

2. Remove the right headlight.

3. Remove the bolts from the fan shroud.

4. Disconnect the electrical wires from the auxiliary radiator fan.

5. Remove the turbocharger heat exchanger hanger.

6. On models with air conditioning, remove the condenser and move it to the side.

7. Unscrew the bolts securing the additional radiator fan and remove it upwards.

8. Remove the bolts and the auxiliary fan motor.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
