Rear door lock — removal and installation (Opel Vectra B)

Removal

1. Remove the door trim and protective film.

2. Remove the outside door opening handle.



3. Disconnect the lock button rod from the lock, releasing the plastic bracket.



4. Remove the screw and disconnect the front end of the locking button rod from the intermediate lever.



5. Release the rod from the mounting brackets.





6. Unscrew the mounting screws.



7. Remove the lock from the door.

8. Lift the plastic clips and disconnect the electrical connector from the central door locking system.

9. If necessary, remove the intermediate link lever of the locking button.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
